are you an experienced billing administrator looking to gain experience on a fast growing successful business? Are you an experienced Quickbooks user and enjoy working and learning new software? Do you TRULY enjoy a challenge, are detail-oriented and diplomatic in all your interactions?

how you will provide support:
• Create invoices for vendors and suppliers
• Assist with preparing and reviewing Sales Order Invoicing on a daily basis
• Review Accounts Receivables register and investigate any error with the purchasing department
• Close and distribute Accounts Receivable register reports to selective managers across the company
• Review incoming cheques for accuracy and deposit them in accounts
• Post of supplier invoices on the system for payment


what you NEED to be successful in this role:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent
• 2 – 4 years accounting and administrative experience
• Quickbooks experience
• Previous experienced as a billing administrator
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident in computer environment including MS Word and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Provide results and deadline focused
