We are looking for an JR Administrator. You must have the ability to learn and multi task as this is a busy environment.

Willing to train some tasks, your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
• Data Entry
• Accounts Payable, Receivable (including collection calls) in Quickbooks
• Order Entry
• Quotations
• Reception and office administration
• Written and verbal communication with customers and field staff

• Great permanent opportunity
• Monday - Friday between the hours of 8-5
• Starting pay is $14-15/h - but for the right ambitious candidate this can go up at 3 months.
• Benefits after 3 months including Medical, Dental and Optical
• RRSP contributions and matching after first year

• Bus route accessible

• Must have an understanding in accounting
• Minimum 2 recent years experience as reception/ office administration
• Strong willingness to learn
• Ability to multi task
• Good Communication skills
• Computer Savvy
