Randstad is now looking for a contract Administrative and Receptionist position for our client in Greater Victoria. Are you a self-motivated, excellent communicator and organized individual? This role is a combination of customer services and general Admin work.

Opportunity: Full time, 2 - 3 Months contract
Location: Downtown Victoria, BC
Hours: 8.00 am - 4.30 pm
Salary: $15.50 /hour
Start: ASAP

It will give fantastic opportunity to interact with diverse customers as well as performing clerical office duties.

• Perform daily administrative duties, including, but not limited to, booking appointments, answering the phone, contacting referrals,
• Ensure all consult and follow-up notes are sent out in a timely manner.
• Organize conference and meeting room bookings
• Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner
• Assist in General Office administration.
• Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties
• Create and maintain useful databases for the department
• Ensure professional and friendly interactions with internal and external customers.
• Any other administrative duties as assigned
