It is an administrative assistant role in the legal Department for a well-known company in Montreal.

What are the main responsibilities of the administrative assistant?

- Fill in documents
- Archive and scan confidential documents
- Manage billing
- Prepare meetings and drafting of minutes
- Handle all incoming calls
