We are currently looking for an administrative assistant to work in a well-known bank in downtown Montreal!

You will work in a branch near the Lucien-L'allier metro station.

Main responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks (Ordering supplies, documents management)
- Prepare reports and letters
- File and retrieve corporate documents
- Customer service (face to face)

Salary: $18.00
Location: Downtown (Lucien-L'allier)
Schedule: 8:30am to 5:00pm
37.5 hours/week
1-month contract

Qualifications
- Bilingualism - french and english (written and spoken);
- Autonomy/Hability to work alone;
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Strong communication skills;
- Customer service experience;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
- High school diploma
