Randstad is currently in search of an Administrative Assistant to work with us and one of our most prestigious clients, Alstom Transport, during the build of the Ottawa LRT Project.

As the on-site Administrative Assistant, you will have direct interaction with several of our Production teams and handle a large portion of the general administrative and inventory tasks associated with the day-to-day production needs.


Key Responsibilities Include:
* Administrative management tasks
* Input, manipulation, and maintenance of data (using SAP, Excel, etc)
* Record keeping and database management
* Preparing correspondence, preparing mailings, and handle telephone calls
* Preparation of reports at the request of the manager
* Maintaining frequent communication with the production control team
* Potential communication with various suppliers
* Any other duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications
* Advanced Excel skills are a must (ex. familiarity with Pivot tables)
* Basic SAP experience is a significant asset
