Randstad Staffing is seeking candidates for an Administrative Assistant role with an industrial company in north-west in Winnipeg!

Responsibilities and duties include:

- Answering the phones and providing exceptional customer service
- Greeting clients/customers/staff who come through the front doors
- Enhancing the client experience with daily administration tasks and internal follow-ups
- Administrative support such as printing and scanning

- Permanent position with a great company
- $13-$15/hr (based on experience and skill set)
- Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
- Company paid benefits plan including: medical, dental, LTD, STD, optical etc.
- Company RRSP match
- 2 weeks vacation
- Free on site parking

- Have a very positive and professional manner and ability to provide great customer service
- Have general knowledge of basic office equipment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Outlook)
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Not get flustered under tight deadlines
