Company in the real estate industry, is looking for an administrative assistant for a permanent position in Ville Saint-Laurent.

It is a family business, with a good working atmosphere. The ideal person will have different roles. You must help in the reception if necessary; support the president in all the administrative tasks and manage his agenda.

Among the tasks you need to do as an administrative assistant, you need to schedule the President's meetings, travel arrangements, hotel reservations, prepare all documents for meetings, manage office supplies, place orders as needed, answer calls and direct them to the appropriate person, write and forward correspondence, data entry, update the list of contracts, filing, greet customers and other related tasks.

The proposed salary is between $ 40,000 and $ 45,000 per year, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm, 2 week vacation annually, 2 weeks during Christmas and all the holidays of Jewish celebrations and commemorations.


-Bilingualism English and French as well as spoken and written;
-minimum of one year of experience in a similar position;
-Adaptability in a constantly changing environment;
-Ability to prioritize and work several files at the same time;
-Good sense of customer service, dynamic, good energy;
-Ability to work under pressure;
-Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel);
