Randstad Staffing, Canada's 1 Integrated Staffing firm is actively recruiting for an Administrative Assistant (minimum 3 years experience) to work for one of our clients in Charlottetown. This is a temporary position. The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

- Providing Administrative support to office manager/team members
- Recording meeting minutes as required
- Assisting with any client issues
- Preparing correspondence as necessary
- Entering Purchase Orders and preparing monthly invoices
- All other administrative duties as required

- Monday-Friday
- Eligibility for individual Health and Dental Benefits
- Temporary position for 6 months with possibility of an extension
- Paid weekly.

- Minimum 3 years experience in an administrative role
- College Diploma/Certificate in Office Administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Detail-Oriented
- Highly Organized and able to meet deadlines
- Problem Solver and ability to take initiative
- Self-motivated
- Team player
- Reliable & adaptable
- Knowledge of JD Edwards would be an asset
