Our client in the Guelph Location are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team for a temporary to perm position.

In this role you would be responsible for:
- Answer and route incoming telephone calls
- Sort incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail for delivery
- Use computer to perform word processing, spreadsheet input, presentation graphics etc., or
other computer applications as necessary and required
- Make travel arrangements for assigned staff members
- Coordinate meeting arrangements
- Maintain files particular to assigned department and/or immediate supervisor
- Assisting with the accounting team

Qualifications
- Minimum of high school education
- Minimum of 3 years experience to similar work
- Must be technical with MSOFFICE and SAP an asset

- Ability to handle multiple tasks
