Our client a large bankruptcy trustees firm located with offices across British Columbia is looking for an administrative assistant/ customer service representative to join their New Westminster office.

This position will be interviewing on immediately.

Supporting the New Westminster office you will be responsible for the following:
- Entering monthly income amounts and expenses into a report
- Reviewing source documents and analyzing the income and providing recommendation to the Trustee
- Meeting data entry, tight deadline in a fast-paced, deadline sensitive environment
- contact clients by e-mail, phone and mail.

Qualifications
Skills:
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Fluent in reading, writing and oral communications in English (strong spelling and grammar capabilities
required)
- Experienced working in an office environment
- Proficient with database software and Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to multi-task and handle multiple demands during busy periods
- Be detail oriented
- Payroll, income tax knowledge, H& R block tax course an asset.
- Mature, professional, self-motivated, customer-service oriented
- Polite and friendly personality
