Position: Administrative Assistant
Salary: $40K-$45K
Location: Ville Saint-Laurent
Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm (monday to friday)
Length: Permanent


Our client, a leader in machining tools is looking for an Administrative Assistant for their Ville Saint-Laurent office! If you are looking for a role that allows for responsibility and wearing multiple hats and one that rewards innovation and hard work - this role is for you.

The annual salary ranges from $40,000 - $45,000. There are full benefits and 2 weeks vacation upon completion of the probationary period.

What are the responsibilities of the job?

Reception Duties:
• Answering inbound phone calls
• Greeting clients and guests at the front desk
• Setting up the boardroom for meetings
• Answering customer questions over the phone

Administrative Duties:
• Assisting with putting together reports and proposals for the Sales Manager
• Maintain and order product literature as required for respective Vendors
• Enter service logs and customer orders in to the system
• Manage Office Supplies
• Email and Calendar Management of all staff within the office
• Process Expense reports
• Data entry as required
• Maintain, sort and distribute mail and couriers for the office
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications
• 3-5 years of administrative, and reception experience is a MUST !
• Perfectly bilingual (French / English spoken and written)
• Articulate with great phone manner
• Proven customer service or client service skills
• Knowledge of ACCPAC is an asset
• Intermediate MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, AccPac
