A Company that specializes in Transportation and Logistics is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their conformity department. The company in question is family oriented, you will be one of 6 people within the department.

Your responsibilities as an Administrative Assistant:
- Act as administrative support for the conformity department
- Take phone calls and manage messages
- Sort and distribute mail
- Order and analyze the files of carriers from our subsidiaries
- Perform data entry in the various databases
- Process requests for registrations and permits with organizations government
- Travel to the various organizations and suppliers
- All other related tasks

The proposed salary is $45, 000 per year, benefits after 3 months, Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, full-time/permanent position, 2 weeks’ vacation, accessible by public transport, parking on site.

The salary offered is between $40, 000 to $45, 000 per year depending on experience, benefits after 3 months (medical, paramedical, and dental etc.), full time position from Monday to Friday, accessible by public transport, and parking on site.

- Bilingualism spoken and written in English and French
- Diploma / DEC or technical degree in a relevant field
- Have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong MS Office (Excel) skills
- Experience in banking is a must
- Have an analytical capacity and an ease to solve problems
- Ability to work under pressure
