Are you a detail oriented individual who is interested in the Insurance Industry? If so, one of our clients is looking for a keen Administrative Assistant to work a 4 month contract at their downtown Toronto location. The successful candidate will work full time hours (9:00am - 5:00pm) at a rate of $14.35 per hour.

The main responsibility will be to support the team that runs the administration of client's insurance plans. This includes:
• Communicating urgent tasks and projects that impact the administration of client's plans to ensure timely and efficient action
• Documenting and escalating program information to various departments
• Monitoring plan activity and keeping updated on key issues, upcoming changes, or potential concerns of client programs
As well as other related duties.

• Gain valuable experience working for a leading insurance and professional services firm
• Work in the heart of downtown Toronto (minutes from Union Station)

• Work full time hours on a 4 month contract

• Must have excellent communications and organization skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• 1 - 3 years of related insurance industry experience
