Are you a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant looking to get your foot in the door of a great organization within the Insurance space, with immense growth opportunities? Would you like to work in the heart of downtown Toronto?

If the answer is YES! We have the position for you!

We're looking for a great team player, to join a mid-sized Insurance brokerage located right by Union Station, on a permanent basis with a competitive salary, benefits, and 3 weeks paid vacation.

What YOU will be doing:
• Verifying and updating information in the brokerage management system
• Helping with digital strategy implementation by cleaning up, and entering data from spreadsheets into another software
• Creating Excel spreadsheets, helping with pulling reports from the data in the spreadsheets
• Insurance-related document processing
• Other administrative duties as assigned

What YOU bring to the table:
• College or High School Diploma and 1 - 3 years of administrative support experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

• Accuracy in data entry, good concentration and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow within your role
