Are you looking to grow your career in Office Coordination and Office Administration? Do you possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Office Administrative or Project Manager role? Then we would love to chat with you! The successful candidate will be reporting to the office Manager and will provide administrative support and coordination for current projects through its various phases.

You will be working for a family run organization who values their employees and work to provide a great organizational culture! You will need to be able to manage a master calendar, track schedules and enter items into the system. This role will be highly administratively focused.

- You will need to support in planning and coordinating projects from project inception to completion.
- Maintaining a master schedule for projects that are on the go. This would include recording work performed and outstanding work.
- Updating work schedules and work calendars as well as tracking project schedules and updating clients on work completed.
- Preparing and maintaining the directory for clients as well as vendors and contractors.
- Send Invoices and enter Purchase Orders in the system
- Collaboration with the team in order to improve efficiencies
- Maintain the positive office work culture!

- Annual salary of $40,000+ depending on experience
- 2 weeks’ vacation

- Strong ability in MS Suite programs and ability to work well on MAC OS would be an asset
- A high level of attention to detail is required in this role as you will be managing schedules and projects
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proven ability to work with timelines and deadlines
- Mathematical Aptitute would be required in this role- calculating the size of a room and the square footage of a project.
- Ability to communicate clearly to team members and clients
- Possess an Ontario Drivers Licence
