Our client located in Surrey/Langley Border is seeking an Administrator / Inside Sales Support staff member for their busy office.

This is a full-time, permanent, Monday-Friday position with a super friendly, closely knit team! ( This is a 7 Month Mat-Leave Contract position )

Your responsibilities will include:
Answering and directing Branch phone traffic and assisting walk-in customers as necessary.
*Preparing customer quotations and invoicing orders for parts and installation using ERP and CRM
* Providing sales order management support to Account Managers and National Sales Manager.
* Providing customer support for warranty, technical quality management, and basic technical
support as needed.
* Managing, organizing, and maintaining electronic customer records, contacts, sales opportunities
and pricing structures.
* Efficiently scheduling and communicating product installations and service calls performed by
* Managing and maintaining inventory levels appropriate for monthly sales projections.
* Selecting appropriate kits for customer/dealer installations and relaying technical feedback on kit
suitability to Engineering Department.
* Providing various reports to management & colleagues such as quote status, on-time delivery,
gross margin analysis and sales activity.
* Key player in the communication and completion of the order process with other departments;
liaison between Account Managers, Technicians, Engineering and Warehouse.
* Completing other duties as assigned.

** Compensation, $20-27$/Hr based on experience
** Work with a closely knit team
** Regular working hours, Monday-Friday

** Previous Inside Sales or Order Entry Experience - a bonus
