what you will be doing

• providing exceptional customer service
• following up with customers on orders, quotes, and inquiries
• prompt and accurate order taking and order entry
• invoicing and account resolution
• assist on various projects as required
• other administrative duties as needed

do you have the right qualifications?

• exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• exceptional analytical, cognitive, mathematical, and software skills
• 1-2 years of administrative, customer service experience, and inside sales experience
• ability to learn and become a subject matter expert
• experience in the construction or steel industry considered a strong asset
• intermediate-advanced knowledge of MS Office
• ability to self motivate and thrive autonomously or within a team
• vehicle access is preferred
