Are you a seasoned Administrative Assistant looking to work in a more managerial setting? Do you have experience working in the healthcare environment? Do you have 2-5 years of administrative and supervisory experience? Would you like to work in the heart of downtown Toronto?

If the answer is YES! We have the role for you!

Our client, a well-known healthcare facility is looking for an Administrative Supervisor to join their team for a month contract to start with a possibility of going permanent! The starting pay is $20-25/hour and on permanent it is $55,000 with a competitive benefits package!

Your main responsibilities as an Administrative Supervisor include but are not limited to
• Providing high-level operational support and leadership to a team of administrative staff
• Ensuring smooth and effective day-to-day operations within the division being supported
• Coordinating meetings and events, monitoring workflow and utilization of administrative resources
• Managing payroll and recruitment processes
• Supervising administrative tasks of onboarding and off-boarding staff
• Ordering supplies, space planning and managing confidential information

Qualifications
• Post-secondary diploma is a requirement
• 2-5 years of administrative and supervisory experience
• Experience working in a health care environment
• Detail oriented with ability to work under high pressure situations and dealing with conflicting priorities
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills including verbal and written
• Bilingual in French is an asset
