We are currently looking for a super star sales administrator individual for a well known brand in the health and wellness industry. Located in south Burnaby, accessible by transit. This position allows you to join a leading manufacturing of health supplements.

This position is looking for someone who is energetic, professional and qualified to work as a sales administrator. In this role you will be reporting to the directors of sales, and responsible for assisting with the development, business planning and maintenance of client accounts.

This is a full-time, permanent position. Start early, finish early! 7am/7:30am - 3:30pm / 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities would include,
* Representing a knowledgeable, efficient, and professional image with customers by handling business in a respectful and professional demeanor.
* Addressing client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner, with follow-up when appropriate.
* Managing customers by tailoring individual marketing and sales plans by customer category
* Proactively conducting strategic account reviews with customers to review service needs and sales trends.
* Reviewing billing disputes/issues, coop deductions and credits with customers
* Fielding account and product related direct calls and e-mails from clients, for issues and requests that require involvement.

Qualifications
What do you bring to the table?
* Education in sales, marketing, and/or nutrition would be beneficial
* 1-2 years of strong customer service and/or tele sales experience
* Excellent and accurate verbal and written communication skills in English- French a benefit
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
