Our client located in Langley is seeking an Administrator for their busy office.

This is a full-time, permanent, Monday-Friday position with a super friendly, closely knit team! ( This is a 7 Month Mat-Leave Contract position, possibility of extension even becoming permanent )

Your responsibilities will include:

* Microsoft Office work is a must.
* Invoicing experience is an asset
* Willingness to learn the environment and responsibilities at hand.
* Key player in the communication and completion of the order process with other department members.
* Completing other duties as assigned.

* Compensation, $20-22$/Hr based on experiences.
* Work with a closely knit team
* Regular working hours, Monday-Friday
* Full benefits after 3 months
* Transit accessible
* Free parking available

*Previous administration is a benefit- not required
* Strong customer service skills working in a fast paced changing environment
* Friendly and professional
* Team player, with a positive attitude
