Architectural Technologist / Draftsperson

On behalf of our client located North of London, Randstad Engineering is recruiting for an experienced Drafter to fill a permanent role within a growing, family run company. The successful candidate would have excellent design layout skills for developing small spaces for mobile and modular homes.

Position Responsibilities:
•Using AutoCAD prepare full sets of working drawings, details and specifications for mobile and modular homes
•Review and select appropriate exterior finish or cladding materials

Architectural Technologist Requirements:
•Architectural Technologist Diploma or related
•Experience with CAD is required and E-Cabinets would be a strong asset
•3 to 5 Years drafting experience with AutoCAD
•New Product Development for mobile commercial and residential spaces
•Comfortable working in a small team or independently with fast changing priorities
•Knowledge of building products and exterior finish materials or cladding etc.
•Excellent design layout skill for development of small spaces
