Service Management Administrator needed for our Winnipeg Based client.

Job Responsibilities:
•Minimum 3 years previous experience in an IT Service Management role or minimum 1 year previous experience in IT Software Asset Management
•ITIL Foundations certification
•Knowledge with interpreting licensing terms and conditions, licensing models, contracts, and pricing arrangements
•Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, but also be able to work independently
•Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills capable of producing procedural documentation, queries and pivot table based reports
•Strong written and verbal communication skills capable of producing clear and concise process and training documentation
•Solid negotiation skills capable of achieving buy-in and commitment to negotiated results
•Solid problem solving with the ability to engage in collaborative problem solving to attain quick and efficient resolution
•Solid planning and organizing skills capable of multitasking effectively, prioritizing and tracking status on tasks appropriately and meeting tight deadlines
•Solid attention to detail and analytical skills capable of conducting comprehensive work reviews, analyzing large amounts of data and identifying potential impacts
