We are currently looking for a Banking Processor to support our client in Downtown Toronto for a 6 month contract with potential for extension.

Pay: $20.77/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am- 4:00 pm

Culture: Collaborative environment

As a Banking Processor your main job duties include but are not limited to:

- Process statement reports, name changes and add ons
- Organize and sort incoming mail
- Support requests from the call center team
- Communicate via email as required
- Review reports when cards get rejected due to address change, update customer profile as necessary
- Complete ad hoq tasks as required

Qualifications
TOP SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
- 0 - 2 years relevant work experience processing a high volume of items/changes
- Basic computer skills specifically with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in banking systems – TSYS
- Previous exposure working with financial institutions

SOFT SKILLS:
- Excellent written communication skills
- A good team player
- Keen attention to detail

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma is mandatory
- College diploma is preferred
