Bilingual Accounting/Payroll Clerk
Gatineau, QC
Start date asap
$45,000-$55,000

Are you bilingual in French and English and have 3+ years experience in Payroll and Accounts Payables? Are you looking for stability and would love to join a fun and dynamic company that invest in their employees? If you answered yes, this opportunity may be exactly what you've been looking for!

Payroll:
- Completing weekly payroll beginning to end cycle
- Answering employees questions in regards to payroll
- Making all changes to employee files
- Preparing and entering pay data into payroll system
- Preparing year-end reports and closing

Accounts Payable:
- Running cheques and attaching to invoices; delivering to appropriate signing authorities
- Coding invoices to appropriate properties and GL codes
- Entering and posting invoice details to software system

Qualifications
- Bilingual French & English
- 3+ years experience in AP & Payroll
