Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Bilingual Administrative assistant for a 3 month contract in Quebec City.

Pay: $17.43/hour
Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday

As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant your job duties will include but not be limited to:
- Supporting sales assistants with administrative tasks for clients, such as making calls, receiving clients, mailing and faxing documentation
- Issuing letters to clients for documentation
- Responding to and resolving client issues and escalating, if required.
- Process client service requests according to established guidelines
- Follow established procedures in all communications with clients – by phone, e-mail or written – to ensure that compliance requirements are met for all scenarios

Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English
- 0-1 years experience in a customer service or administrative support role
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
