Our client, a leading bank, is looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for a 12-month contract in Toronto with long-term potential!

Pay rate: $22.53/hr
HOURS: Monday-Friday 8:30 - 4:30 or 9 to 5 - candidates need to be flexible to work both shifts as they will be rotating from week to week based on needs

Job Responsibilities:
-Answering customer phone calls for 30-40 calls per day
-Replying to email inquiries and guide customer for seeking for help to the related stuff
-Assisting other lines of work if needed.

Qualifications
TOP SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
• At least 5 years of customer service experience - Candidates should have proper telephone etiquette
• Bilingual – English and French
• MS Office - mostly Outlook for email inquiries
• Strong communication oral and written - need to be able to communicate in a professional manner
• Experience working in a fast paced environment
• Friendly and approachable type personalities

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• Life insurance experience/ knowledge is an asset *
• Call center experience - client facing experience

SOFT SKILLS:
• verbal and written communication (English and French)

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma
