Our client, a very reputable and professional company located in Ottawa, is looking for a bilingual Administrative Coordinator, for a 6 month contract

This is a 6 month contract with a possibility for extension.


This role would be responsible for the following:

• Handle all open and closed office filing
• Reception duties
• Contact clients to obtain missing information
• Pickup, fold, stuff and mail all office correspondence
• Create and mail correspondence to claimants, clients, and service providers
• Set up physical claim files
• Create, update and search BEN registers, PAS databases and DCT databases
• Sort, distribute, and mail daily cheques
• Process medical expenses

Qualifications
• Bilingualism (French and English) is a requirement
• Able to lift up to 30lbs on a regular basis:
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and prioritization skills
• Proven organization skills, problem solving skills and decision making abilities
• High keyboarding/data entry accuracy and fast typing speed
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Strong personal presentation
