As an active member of our growing call centre team, you’ll be responsible for delivering a one of a kind guest experience. You are strategic and a so-called problem solver, you will not read a script and will engage with customers authentically. You’ll work closely with others in our customer experience centre and other diverse departments like ecommerce, marketing, shipping, stores and social media to empower guests. As an ambassador, you’re at the heart of the guest experience. Handling interactions with respect and empathy is vital to maintaining a positive and supportive and atmosphere for everyone.

This role is more than a job, it's a community. As a part of our ambassador team, you'll be immersed in an upbeat, positive community that loves food and beverage as much as you do. This is not your average call centre, we use several omni channels - facebook, instagram, twitter, email, blogs and phone!

are tech and internet savvy; Microsoft Office proficiency is a must
