what you will be doing

• investigate and process household and commercial goods insurance claims
• review forms and documents for quality assurance
• negotiate claim settlements
• maintain accurate files and records
• actively participate in team brainstorming and sharing of ideas
• other administrative and office support duties as required

do you have the right qualifications?

• bilingual in French a MUST have; only French bilingual candidates would be considered
• exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• exceptional investigative, negotiating, and analytical skills
• 1-3 years of insurance claim industry experience (non Life or AD&D; auto is fine)
• experience with household and commercial goods considered a strong asset
• intermediate-advanced knowledge of MS Office
• ability to learn and thrive within a smaller team environment
