Randstad is now looking for bilingual French speakers for a contract customer service position until the end of December.

The client is located in beautiful Sidney BC!

Responsibilities

• Customer Service - answering customer questions via phone and chat in French and English.
• Process orders in a timely manner to ensure orders are received within due dates.
• Monitor emails for questions, comments or new orders.
• Respond to emails from clients, vendors and shipping department.
• Submit purchase orders and accompany process to ensure deliverance of orders.
• Process invoice corrections, printing corrections or shipping corrections as needed.
• Communicate effectively with Sales associates orders are processed accordingly.
• Invoicing, create new stock codes, new account set up.

• Must have excellent organizational skills
• Must have outstanding work ethic and attention to detail
• Must follow-through, not letting issues remain open or unresolved
• Ability to multitask and prioritize among various responsibilities.
• Must be able to take initiative and be proactive
• Must be able to manage time effectively
• Excellent problem solving capacity
• Superior communication ability both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word required
• Must be able to work collaboratively within a team – be a team player

The position pays $16 hr, hours are 8-4:30pm and you will be paid weekly by Randstad!
