Our client, a leading bank, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Rep for a 5 month assignment in Toronto.

Pay: $17.40/hr
Hours: 10:00-6:00 p.m. M-F dependent on the business need; may require 8:00-4:00 shift

MAIN DUTIES:
- Resolve customer service or billing complaints
- Contacting customers to respond to inquiries
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments
- Keep record of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications
- Bilingual English/French
- 3 years of customer service and data entry experience
- MS Office Suite experience
