Our client, a leading bank, is looking for an Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a 6 month contract in Toronto !


Start Date: 11/6/2017
End Date: 5/6/2018

Pay rate: 28.24/hr

Shift Times: : 8am to 8pm, Monday through Friday

Job Responsibilities:
-Interact with with internal/external parties including clients, advisors, investors who contact the customer contact centre
-Provide additional support offered by investor Services
-Daily/Monthly Reporting
-Escalate problematic issues to management
-Other duties as required

Qualifications
-Mutual Fund and Call Centre/client service experience
-Bilingual in French and English
-Strong English and French Communication
-Strong Client Service Skills
-Ability to work a rotating shift schedule - M-F 8:00am - 8:00pm

Nice to have:
-CSC, IFIC in progress or completed
