Are you fluently bilingual in French and English? Do you have an aptitude for working with people? Are your customer service skills legendary?

If so we have an excellent opportunity for you! If successful you will be working in the downtown Toronto office of a leading Canadian telecommunications company on a 4 month assignment. You will work 37.5 hours per week, working 5 shifts between 8:00am and 9:00pm from Monday - Sunday, and you will be paid a rate of $18 per hour!

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at this company, you will handle inbound calls and build a rapport with customers. The working atmosphere is friendly, team-oriented and high energy, and you’ll work among other like-minded professionals.

What you’ll do

• Build rapport with clients over the phone 
• Gather information about and assess customer needs
• Provide explanations about products, services and pricing
• Respond to calls from members that want to cancel their service or are at risk of leaving
• Diagnose problems and propose detailed, action-oriented solutions

Qualifications
What you bring to the table

• Bilingual French & English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with MS Office products and web-based applications
• Ability to learn quickly in a changing environment
• Proficiency in problem solving, decision making and multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A passion for customer service and sales
• Candidates must be available to work from 8am to 9pm Monday to Sunday
