Our client, a multinational bank, is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for an 11 month contract in Vancouver!

Pay rate:$20/hr
Hours: . 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday

Job Description of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
- Working with a wide range of customers from small enterprises to mid-market to multinational companies
- Providing tools to assist companies function efficiently
- Working with trade and receivables finance, global liquidity and cash mangement
- Working with multi-currency accounts, commercial cards, overdrafts, capital finance, insurance term loans
- Providing operational and technical support
- Maintaining quality standards and front line customer service via telephone

Qualifications
TOP 3 MUST HAVE
1. Must be Bilingual French/English; written and spoken
2. Over 2 years of strong customer service experience with an ability to assist customers with minor technology processes of the online platform.
3. High School Diploma

Top 3 Good to Have
1. Experience in Banking industry
2. Ability to learner quickly, multi-task and operate new software and technology.
3. Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
4. Team player,Ability to learner quickly, multi-task and operate new software and technology
