Do you have an aptitude for working with people? Are your customer service skills legendary? Do you speak French and English fluently?

We have an exciting customer service job for you! You'll be working in a call center located conveniently at Yonge and Sheppard! We're seeking fluently bilingual candidates with some customer service experience who can start a four month contract ASAP.

In this customer service focused role, your job is simple. You'll be handling incoming calls, providing excellent customer service, and filling out an online form with client’s confidential information.

Qualifications
What you bring to the table:
· Must have a clear criminal record
· Strong computer skills, knowledge of MS Word and internet
· Previous customer service experience required
· Ability to handle confidential information
· Must be bilingual (French/English) - this will be tested
