Are you a Customer Service Representative looking for a new permanent opportunity with nation wide employer. Are you bilingual French and looking to work in a fun and modern work environment? If the answer is yes then you may want to read on! We are looking for a bilingual customer service representative to join our team on Annacis Island. This is a permanent full time opportunity.

The main responsibility for this role is to provide the highest quality of customer service.

Other duties are but not limited to:

- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction expectations with positive, patient and clear communication.
- Inbound/Outbound communication with customers regarding their furniture. 75% of the calls are inbound.
- Be a great listener and understand the customers needs.
- Provide excellent advice to help point the customer in the right direction and make informed decisions
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a calm and effective manner.
- Coordinate with delivery companies
- Providing store support in correcting any errors or order changes
- Offering end-user support through all forms of communication
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Must possess and outgoing and positive attitude
- Previous customer service and/or call centre experience is an asset
- Excellent attention to detail
- Working well as part of a team is essential
- Customer orientated with a passion for customer service
- Be results driven with ability to multi task
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English and French
- Advanced computer skills, focusing on MS Office.
- Knowledge and experience surrounding SAP is considered an asset
