Do you have a passion for customer service? How about safety? Our client in the safety equipment industry in the Mississauga area is looking for a bilingual customer service agent to join their small, but close knit team!

The following are some of the tasks that are part of the job...

- taking orders from customers via phone and e-mail, providing quotes
- sometimes there are walk ins, face to face customer service needs to be great as well
- pull the inventory and prepare orders for shipment to customer
- determine most cost effective freight method to fulfill customer orders
- participate in trade shows
- assume the day to day operation, organization and cleanliness of the front office and showroom
-negotiate any purchase pricing while working closely with the sales team

Qualifications
- must be able to troubleshoot and problem solve
- health and safely knowledge and training
- attention to detail
- excellent communication skills in both English and French
- 5 years experience in the customer service industry
