One of Canada's Best Managed Marketing and Consulting Agencies in Mississauga is looking for Bilingual Customer Service Reps to join their mid size team in Mississauga on an annual renewable contract. As a Bilingual CSR you will be responsible for building, developing and growing customer brands around the globe. You will have the opportunity to work with several different industries from Finance to Entertainment showcasing your passion for providing the best customer experience.

- Fluent in French and English

- Own a project from start to finish
- Tech savvy with proficiency in MS Office
- Available between the hours of 9 am to 9 pm Monday to Friday and 8 am to 5 pm on Saturday

What you will be doing:
- Walking dealers through how to submit orders
- Following up with dealers over email or phone on any inquiries or questions they may have
- Using Excel to create reports, create pivot tables and input formulas
- Supporting the campaign side of the CRM platform
