Are you fluent in French and English? Do you enjoy helping people and providing good customer service? If so, you would be a great candidate for our client, a large bank holding company specializing in credit cards and other banking products, as a Customer Service Representative for their North York office.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting clients and cardholders with dispute cases. Duties include:
*Investigating transactions
*Resolving cases
*Performing chargebacks
*Reviewing and ensuring data/information is correct on the system
*Corresponding to customers
*other duties as needed

Qualifications
Must be bilingual in French and English
Previous experience in call centre environment
Minimum 6 months exp in back-office environment
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical and math skills
Strong PC skills
