Our client, a multinational bank, is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for an 11 month contract in Vancouver!

Pay rate:$22/hr
Hours: Monday to Friday 5 AM - 6 PM

Job Description of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
- Working with a wide range of customers from small enterprises to mid-market to multinational companies
- Providing tools to assist companies function efficiently
- Working with trade and receivables finance, global liquidity and cash mangement
- Working with multi-currency accounts, commercial cards, overdrafts, capital finance, insurance term loans
- Providing operational and technical support
- Maintaining quality standards and front line customer service via telephone

Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and French
- 2 years customer service experience
- Ability to assist customers with minor technologies with online platform
- Strong ability to multitask and time manage
