Our client, a fast-growing start-up is looking for a Bilingual Executive Assistant supporting the CEO to join their team!

Your main responsibilities as a Bilingual Executive Assistant include:
• Managing the office
• Scheduling meetings
• Managing the calendar
• Coordinating logistics
• Other ad-hoc duties

Qualifications
• Bilingual in French and English
• Strong attention to detail

• Experience with working in a law firm or financial institution is an asset
