A well known company in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry located in Mississauga is looking for a Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative to join their team on a contract to hire capacity.

What will you be doing as the next Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative?
- Setting up and maintaining customer and pricing information
- Maintaining a high level of service to customers and sales team members in day to day business activity
- Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and managed effectively in SAP
- Answer all incoming calls professionally taking ownership of every call and providing resolution
- Meet KPI's as assigned by the Customer Service Manager
- Identify new and improved processes
- Monitor delivery performance and other key customer service measures
- Acts as the subject matter expert for customers and sales reps needs
- Investigate problems and offer solutions

Who is the next Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative?
- Fluent oral and written communication in French and English is mandatory
- 1-2 years of providing exceptional customer service in a high volume consumer product organization
- SAP knowledge
- Demonstrated resourcefulness with an innovative mindset
