Our client in the Insurance Industry is looking for a Bilingual Insurance Coordinator on a 12 month assignment in their downtown Toronto location. The successful candidates will work full time hours, begin ASAP, and be paid a rate of $21.40 per hour!

The Certificates Administrator would be providing support to Client Facing Insurance Brokers in policy validation and transactional support (e.g.: processing of renewals, endorsements, cancellations and pulling motor vehicle reports), efficient and timely production of all related documentation and month end reports, including sending documentation to appropriate parties. Back up to reception as required

Responsibilities:
o Provides accurate, efficient and timely production of complex policies and related documentation
o Communicating with brokers in aspects of administration and technical support
o Notify service of premium variances to reach out to clients
o Up to date computer system records

Qualifications
• Bilingual ( English and French)
• MUST have the Excellent attention to detail
• Extremely quick learner and comfortable in an uncertain/changing environment
• Advanced MS Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
• 1-2 years’ operations work experience, with 1-year previous insurance or financial services experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree
