If so we have an excellent opportunity for you! We are currently looking for a Bilingual Printing and Filing Clerk to support a team in our global corporate client in Ottawa. If hired you will work full-time hours on 11-month assignment, be paid $14.75 per hour, and be responsible for supporting day-to-day activities for customers, including the following:

• Coordinate the print job intake process, prioritizing and assigning jobs
• Operate production printers and copiers, configure settings, manage job queues, process files, print jobs, scan materials and select appropriate output formats per client requirements
• Retrieve, re-purpose and re-print archived documents
• Use functions such as multi-up, booklet making
• Validate or adjust the layout and imposition of files, error correction of files
• Prioritize, schedule and execute document workflow process activities

• Earn the competitive wage of $14.75 per hour
• Work in Ottawa location
• Work full-time business hours on an 11-month assignment
• Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Experience in reception, office services, printing, filing and document management
• Experience in customer facing role/customer service role
• Proven ability to work under pressure handling multiple tasks to ensure timely completion of all activities
• Ability to read and comprehend technical procedures
• Operation of PC Applications in a networked environment
• High school education or above
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
