Our client, a leading bank, is looking for a Receptionist for a 1-year contract in Vancouver!

Pay rate: $17/hr

Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 4:30pm

Job Responsibilities:
-Providing high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions
-Greeting and directing visitors
-Answering the telephone or console switchboard in Mandarin and English both.
-Receiving and sending packages via couriers and maintaining visitor log
-Maintaining boardroom schedule and equipment
-Data entry and providing admin support

Must Haves:
-English communication 10/10
-Mandarin and Cantonese Language Skills
-Computer savvy with professional level MS suites
-Receptionist experience
- 2 years of Calendering experiences
- 2 years of Customer Service experinces
- 2 years of Professional, polished and well put together experinces
