Randstad Canada is looking for a recruiter!

Are you a bilingual recruiter looking for a new challenge? Linkedin and Indeed have no secrets for you? Do you need things to move, always more and all the time?

Randstad is looking for a bilingual recruiter who will work at one of his best clients in Montreal. You will support the recruiting team for a temporary term of approximately 3 months (long-term opportunity). You will be in charge of recruiting retail managers across Canada and the United States!

Your tasks:

Full recruitment cycle:
-Displaying positions on different job sites
- Sourcing (Linkedin, Indeed and different social media)
-Participation at job fairs
-Interview interviews
-Presentation of applications to managers and support throughout the hiring process
-Participation in the onboarding of selected candidates

Qualifications
You may be our rare pearl if ...

... you have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (experience in the retail field a great asset!)
... you have already worked with a candidate tracking system (Taleo, Smart recruiter ...)
... you are comfortable with different social media and job sites
... you are perfectly bilingual (English / French)
