What you’ll be doing :
• Work as a brand ambassador to attract the best talent in the market
• Develop a solid network through social media, internal and external referrals to support recruitment strategies
• Full cycle of recruitment activities ( job posting, screening, in person interviews, sourcing)
• Develop and Build relationships with key professional associations and Networking events
• Conduct and complete thorough order intakes with hiring managers to fully understand needs
• Partner with sourcing and Research teams to utilize in-house candidate database
• Engage and partner with third party recruitment vendors
• Ensure candidate records are accurate and inputted in timely manner to ATS


Do you have the right qualifications?
• Minimum of 4 years of full cycle recruitment experience
• Experience within the Financial/Professionals Services Industry an Asset
• Solid client management skills
• High degree of Professionalism and Tact
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deliver high quality candidates in a fast-paced environment
