Are you Bilingual in Spanish and English and looking for an opportunity to develop your skills working for a large organization? Do you have previous customer service and sales experience? If so we have an excellent opportunity for you! We are currently looking for a Bilingual Sales Support Representative to support our client's Latin American business, working out of their Concord, ON office.

In this role you will work full time hours on a 12 month assignment, earning a rate of $25 per hour. As a Bilingual Sales Support Representative you will be responsible for the following:

• Supporting the Latin American sales channel, working closely with the sales team and customers to help drive sales activities within the Latin American region
• Coordination and completion of projects
• Assisting with the negotiation and maintenance of customer agreements
• Assisting with the third party compliance program and new customer setup process
• Maintaining customer contact lists and price lists
• Reviewing and approving all discounting
• Managing distributor growth, marketing and other sales channel programs
• Generating sales reports and analyzing sales channel performance
• Performing other sales channel related activities as needed

• Gain experience working for a leading security and alarms industry company
• Work full time hours on a 12 month assignment
• Earn $25 per hour
• Concord, ON location

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish in both written and verbal communication.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a customer facing role.
• College or University degree in Business Admin or Finance.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with CRM software (preferably and the Baan ERP system would be a definite asset.
