Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the heart of the city? Our client is looking for a dynamic individual with great communication skills and proficient in Sage & MS Office to join they're expanding financial team!

The successful candidate will possess great team working abilities and 2+ years of experience in professional services. Located steps from transit and the potential of temp to perm, this opportunity will excite and motivate you!




Responsibilities

• Full cycle accounting and financial transactions
• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Preparing journal entries as needed
• Preparing and processing invoices
• Processing payroll
• Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
• Setting up vendor accounts as needed
• Assisting with audit preparation
• All other administrative tasks as required

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Minimum 2-3 years’ of relative experience in professional services
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Working experience using Sage is an asset
• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
